the time for yearning
Now is the time.
All the things I've worked for, polished with a craftsman sheen.
Social work, ring work, even relationships. I've given everything I can, in two of those places at least I'm seen. I have nothing to do but wait, prepare to do naught but ask.
I find myself in a lazy Sunday, atop my pile of gold, I wait patiently but painfully for the next chapter...
Yearning is wanting, not wishing. We're allowed to want the things we've worked for...
