I learned a lot about myself today.
My growth was challenged. I kept myself beautifully.
We're so used to fighting with ourselves. Overcoming our most destructive and disruptive selves within an inch of our lives.
Today I overcame them. Not with struggle but with ease.
I was blindsided by the trust I was able to extend. Impressed with the beating of my own heart. Surrounded by the loved ones that taught me all the different ways I can love, and for the first time since I can remember, it all just fell right into place.
I know you'll keep me just as safe as you always have...
What a beautiful end to a beautiful chapter.
